Mark Walhimer (1964) is a digital installation artist and museum designer. His current practice treats machine aesthetics as a way to think about acceptance, control, and agency.

After beginning blockchain-based digital work in 2022, he moved from platform-bound outputs toward site-native, browser-native systems he can build and host directly. This arc connects Surrender Machines, Moon Walking, and Bloom / Four Walls.
